A classic unoaked Dão white: floral and citric on the nose, lime and lemon leading, fresh and structured enough to age four or five years.
Citric in colour and perfectly clear, with an intense bouquet of floral and citric notes, lime and lemon in particular. The palate is fresh and well structured in the line of classic Dão whites.
Drinkable on release and good for four to five years of bottle age. The estate recommends serving at 10C.
The producer suggests it as an aperitif and with seafood and fish dishes. Roast salt cod and grilled sardines are the obvious Portuguese matches.
