Citric in colour and perfectly clear, with good aromatic intensity where notes of acid fruit stand out. The palate is very fresh, light bodied and well balanced, in the line of classic Dão whites.
Drinkable from release with good characteristics for four to five years of ageing. The estate recommends 12C.
The producer offers it as an aperitif and with seafood and fish dishes. Oysters, clams in garlic broth and fried fish are the natural matches.
