History
Ghes is Pieropan's extra brut sparkling rosé, made from 100 percent Corvina grown on the chalky, clay hills of Cellore d'Illasi in the Valpolicella zone. The grapes are destemmed, cold soaked and fermented in stainless steel before a tank sparkling fermentation.
