The Prosecco DOC entry point from the Montello red-wine estate. Serafini and Vidotto produces Bollicine di Prosecco from Treviso-zone Glera as an accessible sparkling alongside the estate's main red wine mission.

What it pairs with

  • Light antipasto
Accessible, clean sparkling works across a range of light starters.
  • Aperitivo hour
Standard off-dry Extra Dry style, ideal for informal aperitivo occasions.

History

Serafini and Vidotto expanded into Prosecco DOC production to complement the estate's red wine focus. Bollicine (bubbles) is the informal, everyday sparkling from the Trevigiana area outside the DOCG hills.

  1. 2004 — Serafini and Vidotto adds Bollicine di Prosecco DOC Treviso to the portfolio.
