In the glass
Aroma: golden peach, almond blossom, toasted hazelnut, honey, volcanic mineral, white truffle hint
Palate: almond paste, golden apple, hazelnut, cream, volcanic mineral, long saline finish
Bradisismo (Italian for seismic land subsidence) is Inama's prestige selection from the oldest basalt-grown Garganega vines, aged 18-24 months in French barriques; arguably the most complex Soave available, with extraordinary tension between rich oak ageing and the grape's saline mineral core.
What it pairs with
-
Lobster risotto with saffron
The wine's richness and saline mineral backbone perfectly anchor the luxury of lobster and saffron risotto. -
White truffle egg pasta
White truffle's mineral-honey character harmonises with Bradisismo's hazelnut-volcanic register.
History
Bradisismo was created as Inama's top-tier single-selection Garganega from the oldest volcanic-soil vines in the Foscarino area, extended oak ageing pushing the wine into luxury white wine territory. The name references the slow volcanic ground movement that characterises the Soave Classico subsoil.
