Allow 65 minutes from open to pour.
- Open and decant. Open 60 minutes before serving and pour into a decanter to aerate.

Julien Sunier started his domaine in Régnié in 2006, farming old-vine Gamay with biodynamic methods and vinifying without sulphur. His Régnié helped establish the appellation's identity among natural-wine enthusiasts internationally.
