What it pairs with

  • Coq au vin du Beaujolais
Classic regional pairing: Gamay stewed chicken with Gamay wine.
  • Pâté en croûte lyonnais
Medium-tannin Régnié cuts through the buttery pastry and rich meat pâté.
  • Crottin de Chavignol
Bright cherry Gamay pairs naturally with the Loire goat's cheese.
