Gregory Pérez blends Godello from small parcels at Carracedo, Valtuille and Villafranca del Bierzo with Doña Blanca from old bush vines at Espanillo, Valtuille and Carracedo. The soils range from clay and limestone to stone and slate. It is pressed pneumatically and cool fermented.
