Brezo is the volume red in Gregory Pérez's Mengoba range, drawn from Mencía and Alicante Bouschet parcels at 550 metres in Valtuille and Villafranca del Bierzo where the vines average fifty years. It is hand harvested into crates, destemmed and fermented in stainless steel.
