What it pairs with

The mineral close answers the salt of the anchovy.

History

This wine has been in the range since the estate began. It is made from the lower, clay-rich sections of the Sapita, San Salvador, Olarte, Valdepiñeiro, El Castañal and Valdaiga vineyards at Valtuille de Arriba, planted on trellis at higher density so the vines balance their own vigour.
