Capricho Godello is limited to the Lamas del Picón site at Canedo, on silty clay loam with slate and limestone stones between 600 and 700 metres. Picking is by hand in early September into 20 kg crates; the fruit is direct pressed and fermented in stainless steel.
Pale yellow with greenish flashes. The nose recalls citrus, white flowers and stone fruit such as apricot and peach; the palate is long and persistent with acidity and alcohol well balanced.
