What it pairs with

  • Rillettes de Tours
Bright Gamay cherry cuts the fat of classic pork rillettes.
  • Plateau de fromages affinés
Medium-weight natural Régnié works across a cheese board.
  • Gratin de cardons lyonnais
Mineral acidity complements the cardoon gratin's cheesy richness.

History

Le Roc is sourced from younger Ducroux parcels on a rocky granite outcrop in Régnié, vinified in the same no-sulphur biodynamic approach as Exsultet but reflecting a lighter, more immediately expressive terroir.

  1. 2005 — Le Roc first released as the domaine's second Régnié cuvée at Ducroux
