History
La Selva was introduced by the Cantina di Custoza cooperative to demonstrate quality beyond the volume entry-level. Selected from older vines in the Selva sub-parcel of the cooperative's morainic vineyards, partial oak fermentation was chosen to show that Custoza DOC could produce structured, food-serious whites.
- 2002 — Cantina di Custoza introduces La Selva as a premium single-parcel oak-fermented tier.
