The cooperative's flagship Bianco di Custoza is the appellation's most accessible, high-volume expression. Consistent, clean and approachable, it represents good-value Custoza DOC at the walk-in tourist tier. The five-variety blend from cooperative members' morainic vineyards gives a typical zonal character.

What it pairs with

  • Simple grilled fish
Clean and neutral, suitable as an everyday match for any simply prepared fish.
  • Light aperitivo with olives
Accessible volume Custoza for the tourist-restaurant aperitivo circuit around Lake Garda.
