The white in the Viña Migarrón range blends 40 per cent Godello, 40 per cent Doña Blanca and 20 per cent Palomino from the Villadecanes area, the traditional white mix of the Bierzo. The clean must ferments at low temperature in stainless steel for twenty-five days.
