History

The barrel-aged tier of the Viña Migarrón range, made from 95 per cent Mencía and 5 per cent Garnacha Tintorera off the family's own Villadecanes vineyards. It ferments twenty-two days at low temperature in 10,000 litre tanks, then ages twelve months in French and American oak and nine more in bottle.
