Sicily's most widely distributed native-white blend: Regaleali Bianco is a reliable, aromatic white of citrus and stone fruit freshness from the island's historic Tasca estate.

What it pairs with

  • Grilled sea bream with lemon
Refreshing acidity and citrus notes complement simply grilled Mediterranean fish.
  • Cold seafood platter
A Sicilian picnic staple: Regaleali Bianco is the house white for seafood antipasto.
  • Arancini bianco (with béchamel)
Clean mineral and citrus profile work well with cream-filled fried rice balls.

History

Regaleali Bianco is one of Sicily's oldest and most widely recognised white wines, produced at the Tasca d'Almerita estate since the mid-1960s. It pioneered the idea of quality Sicilian dry white wine at a time when the island was known mainly for bulk production.
