Cusumano's Inzolia-Chardonnay blend is an accessible, well-made Sicilian white that combines the native grape's almond-citrus freshness with Chardonnay's stone-fruit roundness.

What it pairs with

  • Fried sardines with breadcrumbs
Clean acidity and almond notes complement the oil and richness of fried sardines.
  • Pasta al tonno
A reliable everyday Sicilian white for tuna pasta dishes.
  • Grilled chicken
Medium body and citrus notes work well with straightforward grilled poultry.

History

Cusumano created Angimbe as their entry-level white blend, using Inzolia grown at their estates and Chardonnay for balance and appeal. Named for the Sicilian word for fragrant.
