Old gold with yellow hues, a special edition drawn from a perpetual reserve of nine vintages. Brut nature at one gram of residual sugar, intense and long on a mineral close.

What it pairs with

  • Tasting menu of classic and modern dishes
Medot presents it as a wine for a whole meal rather than one course.
  • Scallops
Zero dosage and salinity match the sweetness of the shellfish.
  • Aged hard cheese
The reserve depth and acidity survive a salty cheese.
