Palate: citrus, saline minerality, white fruit

Light yellow with green hues. Medot ties the wine to the two halves of founder Zvonimir Simcic's career, the fresh wines he made at the Brda cellar and the older ones at the homestead. Residual sugar 0.5 g per litre.

What it pairs with

  • Fish carpaccio
Medot names it; the wine's acidity lifts raw fish.
  • Mussels and oysters
The producer names both; salinity in the wine answers the brine.
  • Pasta with light sauces
Full but fresh, the wine matches a plate that is not heavily dressed.
