Palate: strawberry, red fruit, toasted bread, hazelnut

Pink with violet hues, led by Pinot Noir from a nearly thirty year old terraced vineyard. Red fruit and autolytic pastry notes over a fresh, balanced close. Residual sugar 5 g per litre.

What it pairs with

  • Brda prosciutto and dried meats
Medot names them; the wine's acidity and red fruit cut the cure.
  • Smoked salmon
The producer names salmon; the toasty register runs with the smoke.
  • Grilled chicken
Bubbles and acidity refresh between bites of browned skin.
