Palate: yellow apple, saline minerality, citrus

Light yellow with golden hues. Medot's still Rebula, rich and harmonious, with the salinity and mineral cut the variety shows on Brda marl. Residual sugar 1 g per litre.

What it pairs with

  • Truffle dishes
Medot names truffles; the wine's weight and salinity give them a frame.
  • Freshwater and sea fish
The producer names both; the acidity keeps either clean on the palate.
  • Cheese
Full body and 13 percent alcohol carry a mature cheese.
