Klet Brda's skin contact blend, assembled by cellar winemaker Darinko Ribolica from three white varieties macerated separately. Richer, more structured and more tannic than the cellar's other whites.

What it pairs with

  • Spiced chicken
The cellar names it; the tannin and dried fruit hold up to seasoning.
  • Grilled vegetables with chilli
Klet Brda names piquant grilled vegetables; skin contact texture survives the char.
  • Aged cheese
The wine's grip and salinity meet a hard cheese.
