Cru Classe rose from organic Gavoty near Cabasse. Family-run since 1806, the estate is one of the more under-the-radar Cru Classe holdings. Classic structured Provencal rose.

What it pairs with

  • Salade nicoise
Anchovy, olive and tuna meet the rose's saline depth and red-fruit lift.
  • Grilled red mullet
Red mullet's iodine sweetness meets the wine's saline depth; tangerine notes lift the oily fish.
  • Pissaladiere
Anchovy-onion-olive tart aligns with the wine's saline and herb register.
  • Vegetable couscous
Slow-cooked vegetable couscous meets the rose's body and Mediterranean spice register.
