Cru Classe rose from Scottish-owned Rimauresq at Pignans. Partial old-oak fermentation gives the cuvee texture; classic structured Provencal rose with almond-saline depth.

What it pairs with

  • Grilled langoustines with garlic butter
Quintessence's saline depth matches shellfish sweetness; almond texture handles butter.
  • Lobster bisque
Rich shellfish soup finds a peer in the wine's wax and almond texture.
  • Roast chicken with tarragon
Aromatic herb and roasted poultry meet the wine's stone fruit and creamy texture.
  • Provencal vegetable tian
Layered vegetables align with the wine's body and saline-tangerine finish.
