Organic Cotes de Provence rose from Leoube's seafront vineyards on the Bormes-les-Mimosas coast. Pale, fresh and friendly with saline depth from the sea.

What it pairs with

  • Grilled red mullet
Leoube's saline core matches the fish's iodine sweetness; citrus finish refreshes the oily flesh.
  • Octopus carpaccio
Raw octopus with lemon and olive oil meets the rose's saline-citrus register.
  • Charcuterie board
Salt-and-fat cured meats meet the rose's saline depth and acidity.
  • Tomato and watermelon salad
Summer classic with feta meets the wine's watermelon palate and saline finish.
