Frequently asked about Chateau Galoupet Cru Classe Rose
What does Galoupet Cru Classe taste like?

When should I drink Galoupet Cru Classe?
Drink between 2 and 7 years from vintage. The partial oak fermentation and Tibouren share give the cuvee real aging potential; bottles often peak between year 3 and 5.
Is Galoupet Cru Classe vegan?
Yes. Galoupet does not use animal-derived fining agents and the estate is certified organic.
What food pairs with Galoupet Cru Classe?
Grilled tuna nicoise is the canonical pairing. Lobster with herb butter, roast turbot with brown butter and saffron paella are equally strong matches.
What is Tibouren?
Tibouren is a native Provencal grape grown almost exclusively in the Var. It produces aromatic, structured roses with a distinctive savoury herb note. Galoupet has been replanting Tibouren as a signature varietal.
