M de Minuty's saline core matches mixed shellfish; citrus finish refreshes between bites.
  • Vegetable spring rolls
Asian-inspired light bites meet the rose's body and white-flower aromatics.
  • Goat cheese on toast with honey
Lactic-tangy goat cheese and sweet honey aligns with the rose's red-currant lift.
  • Grilled fish kebabs
Light flaky fish on skewers meets the wine's saline and tangerine register.
