Created in 2018 and vinified like a red: several days on the skins, then a year in barrel. The domaine says the skin contact gives extra structure while keeping the tension of its Savagnin.

What it pairs with

  • Spiced vegetable dishes
Skin contact whites carry spice and vegetable bitterness better than a taut white.
  • Charcuterie
The light grip from the skins stands up to cured fat.
  • Washed rind cheese
Texture and tannin meet a pungent rind without being flattened.
