The estate's first entirely Pinot Noir cuvee, made from the Clos Saint-Laurent since 2018. The domaine puts the freshness, finesse and structure down to the clos and its limestone, and the Burgundian handling shows in the two weeks of gentle vatting and the 228 litre barrels.

What it pairs with

  • Duck
Pinot Noir's red fruit and acidity cut through duck fat.
  • Mushroom dishes
The woodland register meets fungal aromas directly.
  • Soft cheeses
Fine tannins and freshness suit bloomy rind cheeses.
