History
Száraz Szamorodni is Tokaj's rarest and most underappreciated style, dry and oxidative from whole-cluster mixed-harvest fermentation. Disznókő produces it in tiny quantities, offering a Tokaj dry wine with a completely different character from modern mineral dry Furmint.
- 1998 — Disznókő Száraz Szamorodni first produced commercially
