History
Szamorodni is a traditional Tokaj style predating modern Aszú; 'Szamorodni' means 'as it was born' in Polish, describing the practice of harvesting botrytised and healthy grapes together. Disznókő produces both sweet (édes) and dry (száraz) versions.
