What it pairs with

  • Rôti de porc aux herbes
Medium-weight Gamay pairs naturally with roast pork and herbes de Provence.
  • Magret de canard au miel
The wine's red-fruit sweetness mirrors honey-glazed duck breast.
  • Brie de Meaux
Mild tannin and ripe fruit complement the creamy, mild brie.
