What it pairs with

  • Grilled sea bass with herbs
Light, floral Saint-Amour suits delicate sea bass, an unusual red pairing.
  • Roast chicken with garlic
The classic pairing for light Beaujolais Gamay.
  • Charcuterie and radish
Saint-Amour's light style suits a simple bistro spread.

History

Domaine des Pins is a small Saint-Amour estate. Note: the vineyards.json records this producer in the Brouilly commune, but the estate also holds parcels in the Saint-Amour AOC zone. The Saint-Amour cuvee reflects the northernmost Beaujolais cru.
