What it pairs with

  • Tapas and pintxos
Fresh, light acidity pairs well with a range of casual Spanish bar snacks.
  • Grilled vegetables with cheese
The wine's light body and acidity work with vegetable-forward dishes.
  • Fresh Manchego
Young sheep's milk cheese and the wine's red fruit notes are a quick, easy pairing.

History

Resalso was introduced by Emilio Moro in 2004 as the estate's everyday drinking level, using younger Tinto Fino vines with a very short oak period for maximum freshness and immediate drinking pleasure.
