What it pairs with
-
Roast lamb chops
A classic Ribera del Duero pairing; the wine's fruit and oak spice complement the meat. -
Grilled pork ribs
The wine's medium body and cherry fruit work with caramelised pork ribs. -
Manchego cheese
Sheep's milk cheese amplifies the wine's fruit and vanilla notes.
History
Bodegas Emilio Moro was commercially established in 1987, when the Moro family began labelling and selling their wine commercially after generations of grape growing in Pesquera de Duero. The Crianza is the foundation wine of the estate.
