Reja works with minimal intervention and no additives beyond a small amount of sulphur, so the wine reads as marl, terrace and vintage. Fresher and fruitier than the Gmajna bottlings, with deeper colour than the label suggests.

What it pairs with

  • Grilled fish
Medium body and mineral cut sit with plain fish.
  • Brda prosciutto
    High acidity cuts the cure.
  • Vegetable antipasti
Two years in tank give the weight for oil dressed vegetables.
