Aroma: white orchard fruit, citrus, elderflower

Palate: apple, almond, salinity

Four equal parts, three pressed straight and one macerated for six days before assembly. Three years of tank and bottle before release give a full, settled white.

What it pairs with

  • Creamy vegetable risotto
Reja names it; the wine has the body for a starchy plate.
  • Light pasta with clams
The producer names it; the saline finish answers the shellfish.
  • Seafood
Reja names seafood generally, and the blend's weight carries it.
