El Pájaro Rojo is drawn from old Mencía between thirty and forty years old, selected from the coolest zones at Valtuille de Abajo, Pieros and Corullón, and made in the traditional way to keep the fruit and freshness of the variety forward.
Delicate, fresh and fruity. Notes of violets and red fruit run through a rich and unctuous Mencía that is fresh and velvety in the mouth.
