The house's signature bottling, drawn from several parcels close to the winery on gentle clay slopes. The old vineyards carry Mencía interplanted with white varieties, and the wine spends twelve months in French oak barrels.
An attractive cherry violet colour, with an intense and complex nose recalling blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, graphite, pepper, balsamic notes, cigar box, blue flowers, scrubland, coffee, cocoa and chocolate cake. The palate is broad, very fresh, savoury and structured with great weight of fruit.
