History

Vinos Guerra is the label of the Bierzo growers' cooperative at Cacabelos. The Joven is made in the traditional way with a cold pre-fermentation maceration, controlled fermentation in stainless steel and malolactic in concrete tanks, from bush vines between 45 and 55 years old.
