  • Comté 36 mois
The wine's mineral depth and firm structure pair with deeply aged Comté.

History

Trois Roches ('three rocks') is Pierre-Marie Chermette's Moulin-à-Vent single-vineyard, farmed on the manganese-rich granite soils that give the appellation its Burgundian structure. Chermette was an early champion of Moulin-à-Vent's ageing potential.
