What it pairs with

  • Saucisson cuit au vin
Classic Beaujolais poached sausage pairing: the wine that cooked it is the wine you drink with it.
  • Gratin de macaroni lyonnais
Light Gamay cuts through the Lyon macaroni gratin's cheesy richness.
  • Cervelle de canut
The herb-fresh soft cheese of Lyon finds a natural partner in fresh Beaujolais-Villages.
