Palate: citrus, almond, herbal freshness, clean mineral

Ajello's organic Catarratto from the Belice Valley near Castelvetrano offers a light, mineral expression of the variety: almond-blossom, lemon and chamomile with the clean freshness of organically farmed western Sicilian vines.

What it pairs with

  • Grilled fresh sardines
The wine's almond and lemon freshness are the natural match for Sicilian coastal sardines.
  • Bruschetta with fresh tomatoes and basil
Light and clean: a summer aperitivo white for tomato-basil bread.
  • Fresh ricotta with herbs
Delicate almond-floral notes pair with mild, fresh ricotta.
