History

Vaona's Superiore comes from vineyards at the foot of the Valpolicella hills at about 150 metres on alluvial soil over calcareous basalt with good skeleton. After a light drying and fifteen to twenty days of fermentation, the free-run wine is blended with the soft-pressed portion and matured in terracotta amphora.
