Aroma: dried flowers

Palate: fresh whole fruit, elegant persistence

Ruby red, where the freshness and integrity of the fruit give character to a medium-bodied, agreeable wine carrying the persistence of elegant dried-flower notes.

What it pairs with

  • Pasta with vegetable ragu
A medium-bodied Superiore with no oak suits a lighter sauce.
  • Roast rabbit
The fresh fruit and moderate tannin suit white meat.
  • Semi-aged cheese
The dried-flower persistence works against a mild firm paste.
