Aroma: wild strawberry, blueberry, sour cherry, ripe marasca

Palate: structured flow, terroir minerality, inviting persistence

From vines over sixty years old on south-west to north-east exposed calcareous soils rich in skeleton and well drained, giving distinct perceptions of forest fruits, wild strawberry and blueberry, sour cherry and ripe marasca, and a well-structured, flowing palate with the minerality the estate calls typical of the Falezze terroir.

What it pairs with

  • Beef tagliata
The structure and mineral line suit simply grilled beef.
  • Truffle pasta
The wine's persistence carries an earthy first course.
  • Semi-aged cheese
The estate notes wide pairing possibilities, and a firm mild paste is a safe one.
