Grilled sirloin
Dark cherry and licorice notes complement char-grilled beef steak.
History
Gulfi was founded around 1999 with a mission to produce authentic terroir-driven Nero d'Avola from Pachino and the Ibleo plateau. Nerojbleo was the first bottling, named for the ibleo geological plateau where the estate's pre-phylloxera Pachino vines grow.
- 1999 — First Nerojbleo bottled from Pachino-area Nero d'Avola
