Old-vine Saint-Joseph Syrah from historic Hospice plots in Tournon. Complex black fruit nose with delicate oak, powerful and elegant on the palate.

What it pairs with

  • Slow-roasted pork shoulder with olives
Smoked olive aromas and the wine's dark fruit find resonance with braised pork.
  • Herbed lamb burger
Fresh herb notes in the wine mirror the lamb's seasoning.
  • Mushroom and lentil ragout
Earthy mineral notes complement mushroom and lentil earthiness.
