What it pairs with
-
Slow-roasted pork shoulder with olives
Smoked olive aromas and the wine's dark fruit find resonance with braised pork. -
Herbed lamb burger
Fresh herb notes in the wine mirror the lamb's seasoning. -
Mushroom and lentil ragout
Earthy mineral notes complement mushroom and lentil earthiness.
