The white companion to Guigal's Ex-Voto rouge, from old Marsanne and Roussanne vines on the Hermitage hill. Massively rich and textured with extraordinary ageing potential.

What it pairs with

  • Whole roast turbot with brown butter
The wine's opulent richness and golden fruit are ideal with whole-roasted finest fish.
  • Pan-seared foie gras with quince
Rich foie gras and the wine's golden, rich character create a special occasion pairing.
  • Risotto with white truffle and butter
The wine's exotic spice and mineral depth complement the luxury of white truffle.

History

Ex-Voto Blanc was first produced in 2007 alongside the rouge version. From old Marsanne and Roussanne vines on the Hermitage hill, it is the richest and most concentrated white Hermitage produced by the Guigal house.
